- Not be a sale or clearance item, unless otherwise specified

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined above. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that refunds will be issued via Shopify Payments, and bank processing times may vary. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us at support@aurumia.shop within 30 days of delivery, and we will provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. Please keep a record of your return tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
